Update CA Configs for LLP1

This MR adds CA-style configs for the LLP1 derivation. In particular, the CA style configs for prompt-LRT Muon and Electron mergers are added along with scheduling lepton-only VSI using the merged collection. Other changes include adding variables to python/LLP1.py which already exist (and have been approved) in share/LLP1.py.

Some testing done to verify changes which bring the two versions closer. The differences seen are in electron ID variables and some tau variables. To be fixed in forthcoming MRs.
