Add new links between global FE and CP Objects to PHYSVAL in 22.0

The global links have already been introduced in release 22.0 in PHYS but not in DAOD_PHYSVAL. This MR will replicate what has been done in the master and will solve an issue when running the DAOD_PHYSVAL step
