NSW calibration - Optimize memory footprint of conditions data

Hi everybody,

Moving from doubles to floats (and commenting out slopeError and interceptError, leaving those for later if needed); doubles are not needed for the calibration; memory load should be kept to a minimum. Tagging @jojungge, @pscholer, and @chchau for information.
