Fix bug in BTaggingTruthTaggingTool

Merged Ilaria Luise requested to merge iluise/athena:21.2-fix-truth-tagging into 21.2

the VH legacy analysis found a bug in the BTaggingTruthTaggingTool when assigning the new btagging score to the tagged jets. Fixed now. Fully tested by the VH Legacy analysis.
