Fix simulation of Semi visible jets samples for MC21

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:SemiVisibleJets_ATLMCPROD-10058_22.0 into 22.0

After the discussions in ATLMCPROD-10058, this merge request patches the configuration for the simulation of Semi Visible Jets samples for MC21 and adds a couple of tests to confirm that this works in legacy and CA-based configuration. (This is the MC21 version of the MC16/MC20 fixes in !57509 (merged).)
