Implementing Upgrade ART test for the full chain - Produce Plots via PhysVal

Nora Emilia Pettersson requested to merge npetters/athena:npetters-full-chain-art into master

First draft of a mu=0 test that runs from EVNT->NTUP_PHYSVAL. Then produces a dcube page with a selection of plots for all reco domains. Keeping draft while running few more tests on the test to see if the merging and plot-post-processing is working as indented. In additiona, a PILEUP test will be included as well as well in the future.
The xml file still needs to be slimmed further for most important plots and then uploaded to cvmfs.
