LAr DT dumper fixes

Pavol Strizenec requested to merge pavol/athena:SCDumpAutoconfig into 22.0

This bring the autoconfig and some fixes to standalone LAr DT samples dumper. This code is not used in standard reco, only in calibration data processing.
