removed duplicate Histogram LB_vs_centFrac

Tau Monitoring was producing two identical plots:

Calo/LB_vs_centFrac Calo/Tau_TauXX_Calo_CentFracVsLB

These were identical, the first was an old version which did not obey the naming convention and has thus been removed.
