ART: DigitizationTestsMT - Update conditions tag used in MC21 tests

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:FixDigitizationTestsMT_22.0 into 22.0

Update test_Digi_tf_mc21a_MP_presampling_reproducibility.sh to use OFLCOND-MC21-SDR-RUN3-07 and ATLAS-R3S-2021-03-00-00. Recent muon conditions updates mean that the previously used OFLCOND-MC21-SDR-RUN3-05 tag no longer works.

NB This update only affects ART job scripts and so will have no impact on the CI output.
