TRT overlay correction for Ar straws
This MR introduces the possibility to correct the number of HT hits in the overlay digitisation also for Ar straws. So far this kind of correction was only possible for Xe straws, which is not sufficient for the Run 3 gas mixture that now only has Ar straws in the TRT barrel.
The default values will not add any correction so this is MR completely transparent. Once the correction values have been derived they will be added to the job options and the C++ code.
