TrfTestsARTPlots/PROCTools: add PHYSLITE/PHYS/AOD size/event information

• PROCTools:
  • add initial version of xAODHistSize.py to determine the size/event with checkxAOD and store in a histogram file
• TrfTestsARTPlots:
  • add xAODHistSize.py step for size/event measurement for 3 PHYSLITE/LITE/AOD files in all 4 tests
  • Update the dcube references for all 4 tests
  • Remove art-include: 22.0/Athena in all 4 tests
