Enhancements for EventAugmentaion, fix some storage settings, add friend tree and build index.

This addresses some of the container name/placement issues for the event augmentation (@akraszna). In serial, it also makes event augmentation trees friend to the base tree and build the index but will not yet work with SharedWriter (and TMemFile) (WIP).
