Dumping of SiHits and SDO are off by default for PrepRawDatatoxAOD (ATLIDTRKCP-392)
Setting the default values for PrepRawDatatoxAOD of WriteSDOs/WriteSiHits to false. The SDO and SiHits collections are not present in RDOs by default and requires special samples to run. This MR comes with new configurations for the tools to instead dump extra truth information. This should allow for e.g flags in IDTIDE formats to enable more truth information.
