Fixing missing containers in CA version of TRUTH1

James Catmore requested to merge jcatmore/athena:master_fixTRUTH1_CA into master

The TruthParticle and TruthVertex containers did not have name-and-type dictionary entries in the CA version of TRUTH1 and so were not included in the output. This is fixed here.
