Actually check data type for large-R jet sequence

Teng Jian Khoo requested to merge khoo/athena:master-JetAnalysisAlgs-LargeRIsData into master

Running the large-R CP sequence on data breaks because the dataType argument is ignored, and the calibration tool is instructed to apply the InSitu calib step which is incompatible with the hardcoded IsData=0. Change to actually set the real value.
