enable FPE stack trace dump in one of the CI reco tests (ATR-26568)

Julien Maurer requested to merge jmaurer/athena:22.0-CI-fpe_stacktrace into 22.0

In order to debug ATR-26568, the FPE stack trace will now be dumped in the high-stats Run 3 data reco CI test.
