Small cleanup of JETMX derivations, adding Run-2 jet triggers and documentation

This MR removes some of the unnecessary AppendToDictionary calls in the JETMX formats and changes the calls to update to ensure that all content is there. Furthermore some small documentation is added for the JETMX formats.

Finally the Run-2 jet trigger collections, the last missing piece for the JETMX formats in CA, are now added to JETM1, JETM3 and JETM6 by calling the aux wrapper sequence. The JETMX migration to CA should thus be complete now 😄
