Hello, Second part of the final deletion of l1calosvc from rel 22. This time erasing job options and obsolete tools from l1calo. L1CaloOfflineTriggerTowerTools now does not use l1calosvc anymore. Related to this jira ticket ATR-24777. Many thanks cc to @mwessels
