Added option to follow related componets in confTool

This MR expands functionality of confTool for diffing. It is now capable of following dependent components including public tools. The recursion depth is controlled by the --follow option i.e. --follow 5 will dive down the chain of dependencies from comp of interest down to 5th generation of children.
