Reorganise muctpi DQ plots

In a previous MR several offline DQ plots for the MUCTPI were added. We wanted to have the chance to let them run and see some plots, and now this MR is meant to improve and reorganise certain features. (Another MR will come soon for custom checks in the form of han algorithms)
