Fix two bugs in EGAM2 and EGAM5 in CA-style configuration

This MR fixes two bugs introduced in the recently performed migration of EGAM derivations to ComponentAccumulator:

  • a bug affecting only a train in which EGAM2 and EGAM5 are run together, leading to a crash
  • a bug leading to a crash of EGAM2 when run on Run2 (r22) data

I also cleaned up a few lines of code adding trigger matching for tau triggers, not used in egamma derivations
