hotSpotInHIST script : minor bug fix and updated related to new Athena 22 plots

The hotSpotInHIST is a standalone script to identify the LBs where a noise happened making use of the unmerged Tier0 file. I am the main (only?) developer. The new version contains several bug fixes, mainly related to new histogram path in Athena release 22. New plots have also been added. The script was tested without problem.
