OraclePixGeoManager renamed with DBPixelGeoManager

Vakhtang Tsulaia requested to merge tsulaia/athena:master-pixelDBmanager into master

When GeoModel is initialized from an SQLite database, then this manager reads input parameters from the same SQLite DB. Hence, the explicit name OraclePixGeoManager will get very confusing in future.

Despite of the large number of changes in this MR, all of them are just trivial replaces.
