Updating monitoring for muon trigger isolation

A few updates for the muon trigger isolation online monitoring:

  • Change to monitor the ptCone(0.3) and relative ptCone(0.3)/pT(muon) since we don't currently cut on ptcone(0.2) in any of the online working points.
  • Add the configuration for the histograms so that they will be produced.
