TrfTestsARTPlots: add new q449 test with CA derivation processing

Update TrfTestsARTPlots package:

  • Introduce new the test test_trf_q449_phys_physlite_ca.sh which processes the derivation step with Derivation_tf and CA config with q449 inputs and new dcube references for PHYSLITE
