Ignore build scripts in merges

Frank Winklmeier requested to merge sweep_update into master

Ignore changes to the build scripts in the "daily merges" from the production branch to master. Just like changes to "Projects" these should be done explicitly for each branch.

There is really no point in running the CI, but alerting @akraszna who is one of the few people who would even modify these files.
