Fix jet running in AthAnalysis

Pierre Antoine Delsart requested to merge delsart/athena:testAthAn into master

This contains various changes allowing to run jet buildings in AthAnalysis. The changes are only technical and should not impact physics at all.

Although these changes are necessary they are not enough to enable jets running directly. Users still have to check out these packages :

Reconstruction/Jet/JetRecConfig
Reconstruction/Jet/JetRecTools
InnerDetector/InDetRecTools/InDetRecToolInterfaces
InnerDetector/InDetRecTools/InDetUsedInFitTrackDecoratorTool
InnerDetector/InDetRecAlgs/InDetUsedInVertexFitTrackDecorator
Reconstruction/PFlow/PFlowUtils

So a question is should we include them in AthAnalysis ? Who can decide on this question ?
