Draft: TrkExTools: Remove TrackingGeometrySvc from Navigator

As discussed in ATLASRECTS-7268, this, together with !58723 (merged), should get rid of :

RAWtoALL 14:46:22 Py:ConfigurableDb WARNING : Class TrackingGeometrySvc not in database
RAWtoALL 14:47:23 Py:ConfigurableDb WARNING : Class AtlasTrackingGeometrySvc not in database

Tagging also ATLASRECTS-7360.

Will mark as Draft, as we probably need to check whether we want this in 22.0
