Modifications to CA version of DAOD_IDTIDE

This MR applies further adjustments to the IDTIDE format, namely:

  • puts a basic pre-selection sequence in place (not as sophisticated yet as the sequencing in the legacy version)
  • adding EventInfo to the names-and-types dictionary - explanation for this is in the JIRA above

Note to shifters that there remains a lot of commented out python in the modified file, but this is kept in place since there is some uncertainty about whether it may be needed.
