Request to enable di-tau and b-jet triggers in HIGG4D5 release

This MR includes a small change in the PhysicsAnalysis/DerivationFramework/DerivatioFrameworkHiggs/python/HIGG4DxSkimming.py file to include di-tau and b-jet trigger in the skimming for HIGG4D5 derivation format. It has been found that the change in the output derivation file is extremely small, as there are already many jet triggers and single tau triggers present in the skimming.
