DirectIOART: Enable mcore PanDA queue usage for some tests

Enable mcore PanDA queue usage for the 3 tests test_directioart_athena_recotf_with_rdo_*.sh. These tests use 4.5-4.9 GB of maxPSS and get frequently killed by the local site batch systems on single-core PanDA queues. Relates to ATLASRECTS-7096
