AnalysisTop: Adding newly developed UFO jets in-situ config recommendations

This MR implements the new UFO large-R jet in-situ JES recommendations into AnalysisTop. The recommendations were made available by the Jet/Etmiss CP group recently here.

These recommendations should now be selected automatically if the option LargeRJESJMSConfig UFOSDMass is selected with LargeJetCollectionName AntiKt10UFOCSSKSoftDropBeta100Zcut10Jets in the AnalysisTop configuration file for data DAODs.

Additionally, some whitespace changes were made to the large-R jet portion of TopJetMETCPTools.cxx: Some tabs were changed to spaces and in-line comments correctly separated.

This MR addresses ANALYSISTO-1262.
