AnalysisTop: Change default JVT truth jet collection to AntiKt4TruthDressedWZJets and remove PHYS exception

This MR changes the default truth jet collection used by the JetJvtEfficiency CP tool from AntiKt4TruthJets used in R21 to AntiKt4TruthDressedWZJets.

Previously, this was only done as an exception for PHYS derivations, but has now also been requested for FTAG2 derivations. Since the standard collection for R22 was changed overall, the default truth jet collection is changed now. Additionally, the previous exception for PHYS has been removed.

This MR addresses ANALYSISTO-1260.
