Cleaning up files that are no longer used in RingerSelectorTools

This MR is to clean up files that are no longer used in RingerSelectorTools, intended for compilation and decision making of the offline Ringer algorithm. In the near future, an inference module will be adopted using ONNX, which will receive the new tunings of the offline Ringer algorithm.

This will also fix thread safe warnings discussed here: ATR-26303 .
