Merge request to include missing triggers in skimming of HIGG4D5 derivation format

This MR affects only the HIGG4D4 derivations in release 21.2. The triggers list is updated in DerivationFrameworkHiggs/python/HIGG4DxSkimming.py to include the di-tau and b-jets triggers to gain in signal efficiency.
