Calo Super Cells: dropped the manager converter and the alignment tool
After migrating all clients of the Calo Super Cell detector manager to condition handles, none of the clients should be able to retrieve the manager from Det Store anymore. It should also become impossible to use the callback-based Alignment Tool for applying alignment corrections. The manager converter and the alignment tool hence became redundant.
