AthenaPoolCnvSvc+OutputStreamAthenaPool: Correctly configure the compression settings for DAOD_PHYSLITE made from DAOD_PHYS
When we produce DAOD_PHYSLITE from DAOD_PHYS, the stream is configured as D2AOD_PHYSLITE. Therefore, a number of ROOT file settings were not being applied consistently if DAOD_PHYSLITE was made from DAOD_PHYS vs AOD. This MR should fix that problem. I also updated the old-style configuration (not used for DAOD_PHYS/DAOD_PHYSLITE production anymore) just for consistency. We should clean things up on that front some time in the future.
