Draft: Make SimpleMergeMcEventCollTool behave more like MergeMcEventCollTool

Added features:

  • write only the hard-scatter
  • set GenEvent::event_number = index in McEventCollection

Missing features:

  • GenEvent slimming
  • GenEvent classification (aim to implement using Attributes)
  • block writing certain classifications
