Bmumux Super RoI: implementing new super RoI tool for Bmumux triggers

New super RoI tool to ultimately reduce the current overlap of muon RoIs. Super RoI tool is implemented in ViewCreatorMuonSuperRoITool.cxx/h. Super RoI currently turned off in ConfigSettings.py i.e. set to False.
