Set campaign in all fragments to the first possible subcampaign of that set

Set campaign in all fragments to the first possible subcampaign of that set, e.g. MC23 simulation will have MC23a set as it also uses its run number.

@wlampl, it would be great if we can merge this in today so we can potentially build a release tomorrow.
