Add IDPVM plots for n(NextTo)InnermostPixelEndcapHits

This MR adds extra plots for the summary values that were added by @tstreble, which give separate counts for innermost hits in the endcap rings. This does not make the innermost hits plots consistent between master and 21.9, but accounts for these "innermost" hits.
A problem that remains is that summary values for innermost pixel outliers etc. do not exist for the endcap rings. It's also not possible to recover these in IDPVM from AOD. For e.g. the hit residuals, track particles are decorated and IDPVM uses those to plot. I'm not sure however that we should require decorations (i.e. running from ESD?) for these summary values in principle.
Should we also add extra summary values for these other cases?
