The working points for electrons "LooseHILH" and "MediumHILH" are added, corresponding to "DFCommonElectronsHILHLoose" and "DFCommonElectronsHILHMedium". The config flag "UseEgammaSFs True/False" turns of the use of scale factors that are currently not available.
