Drop deprecated AtlasGeometryCfg
Drop deprecated AtlasGeometryCfg. This probably breaks some things in monitoring (abusing the CI to test) so tagging @ponyisi so he's aware of the changes.
I removed the tests as they seem a bit redundant at this point in time as the actual workflows test detector autoconfiguration much better.
