Updated configuration of DB tag for ITk tracking geometry to allow for minor geotag version to be used. Follows example of ITkPixelConditionsConfig.py Updated config tested to work as expected with current tag when minor version is not included.
Also fixes issue observed when running only with ITkStrip and not ITkPixel.
