ATLJETMET-1502: Add HLT vertices to jet trigger content

For JVT training in particular, but potentially also for analyses to check online/offline vertex agreement, we would like to add the HLT vertices to the jet trigger content. This does not keep the track particle links, so just adds the x,y,z and vertexType branches for a relatively minimal content increase.
