cppcheck: Update AnalysisConfig_Ntuple.cxx to avoid a duplicate check.

please have a look at this MR. the logic of cppcheck is that the check is redundant, as some lines above there is a dereference of the pointer. Looks reasonable to me. What is your opinion?
