Update ACTS mapping and configuration
Included in this MR:
- solving of FPEs seen when running material mapping using the ACTS tracking geometry
- setting up versioning of material map json files for ITk (using geometry tag with major+minor version number)
- defining location of calibration area for ACTS tracking geometry material maps
- cleaning up scripts for material map production using the ACTS tracking geometry (documentation is found here: https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/Atlas/ACTS-ITkDocumentation#Instructions_for_material_mappin)
Will be un-drafted after copying material maps in the dedicated calibration area.
