Fixed for UPC reco master

Tomasz Bold requested to merge tbold/athena:produce-sp-even-if-no-esd-is-produced into master

This MR contains two fixes:

  • Zdc reco sums recording & config fix - cc @steinber
  • config of space points extraction so they are also made when the is no intermediate ESD output cc @mdyndal @kciesla
