Fix behaviour of the Reco_tf.py -h

Did you know that running Reco_tf.py -jashfjshdfg gives more useful help than Reco_tf.py -h ? After this MR the later should also provide useful help.

Technicality, we used to utilise parser in to detect if this is RAWtoALL type transform. That one however installed it's own help interceptor. The fix is trivially no to do it.
