Draft: TauTrig: remove HLT tau jet seed from EDM + adapt monitoring

Two changes:

  • remove HLT_jet_seed container from EDM; was actually AODCOMM so it was used for commissioning
  • adapt tau trigger monitoring to access clusters directly from tau and not from jet seed. This will actually recover distributions for offline tau where the seed jet is not saved in AOD

This is also part of AODCOMM revision mentioned in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATR-26536
